WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Implement and facilitate sanctioned continuous improvement activities such as Projects and Rapid Improvement Events (RIE).

• Work with finance team and analysts to quantify ROI.

• Provide strategic and tactical support for deployment of the management system across the company.

• Independently leads and facilitates improvement projects.

• Support lean activities to assist in achieving long and short-term goals and objectives of the department and the organization.                                         

• Support and use lean strategy deployment to assist in achieving long and short-term goals and objectives for the department and of the organization.

• Work with teams to create and deploy standardized work.

• Deliver documented and verified value for the for the facilities projects.

• Engage all coworkers in continuous improvement activities.

• Keep direct supervisor and owner regularly informed of project status.

• Manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment.                                         

• Support training activities of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Meet quality standards and expected deliverables during all phases of project life cycle.

• Implement performance measures for projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's Degree-Required

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

• 3 years Operations and/or Lean methods or Six Sigma Experience - Required

• Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt - Lean/Six Sigma/Problem Solving certifications or work equivalent - Preferred
