We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Associate to join our team in Cork. A successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative processing of Orders and Recurring contracts in SAP, maintaining accurate customer records, handling customer inquiries and managing different administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within different departments.

As a UKI Sales Operations Associate on our team in Cork, you will make a positive impact by:

• Quotation and Order Management: Prepare, process, and track quotations, orders, deliveries and invoices in accordance with established sales administration procedures.

• Delivery Coordination: Collaboration with distribution centers and customers for time slot bookings and shipment pickups. Assist in monitoring the delivery status of registered orders and proactively informing customers of any order-related issues.

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers and distributors, addressing inquiries and resolving ordering-related issues promptly.

• Recurring contract processing: Cloud & Maintenance billing including clarification with account managers and confirmation to customers.

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.

• Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong Customer Orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and CRM: SAP, SalesForce, Xero and Click Up.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
