UK - On Site Coordinator

The Position:

We are looking for a dedicated On-Site Coordinator to join our team in Darlington - DL3 0PS.

Role of an On-Site Coordinator:

• Planning & managing workload & labour deployment
• Managing & motivating the workforce
• Daily liaison with Team Leaders and Managers
• Attending Management meetings
• Training & development of new starters
• Production of accurate daily MI

As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:

• Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
• The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
• Problem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Shift pattern: 2pm - 10pm but must be flexible to cover other shifts
