As a Marketing Copywriter, Senior Associate in our in-house Creative team at Chase, you will play a crucial role in crafting content across all channels. You are a storyteller, editor, and strategic thinker who will create compelling content that empowers and delights users. Job Responsibilities:
- Write engaging, strategic content for web, social media, communications, display, OOH, and search, including both organic and paid media.
- Ideate and deliver end-to-end campaigns focused on creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to build trust and find smart solutions to complex problems.
- Advocate for readability, usability, and inclusivity, keeping every customer in mind.
- Think critically and ask the right questions to ensure we're doing things the right way.
- Collaborate harmoniously with fellow copywriters and contribute to the Content team's value and reputation.
- Mentor colleagues by sharing best practices in writing.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven portfolio showcasing your writing expertise and successful projects.
- Relevant writing experience in a marketing or creative role, preferably within finance or another regulated industry.
- Understanding of great customer experience (CX) and the role of content in shaping propositions.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
- Effective multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Technically skilled writer with a knack for language, capable of crafting compelling narratives.
- Guardian and advocate for our voice and tone.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and willingness to learn about finance.
- Team player who seeks opportunities to add value and make an impact.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in English Language, English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
- Experience working within brand guidelines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience managing and collaborating with stakeholders.
