- Analyzes feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement, developing comprehensive plans to optimize every touchpoint of the online journey.
- Conducts workshops with stakeholders, creates requirement matrices, and provides visual representations of finalized requirements.
- Troubleshoots UI/UX problems, assists with User Acceptance Testing, and offers post-production support for seamless implementation and ongoing success.
