The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a range of entry to SME-level Ux (User Experience/User Interface) Designers to join our dynamic team supporting Cyber Security Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), a component of Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast-paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users. The candidate should speak well in front of an audience and be able to present briefs to high-ranking government personnel and be able to provide whiteboard sessions and presentations to personnel in a clear, concise but comprehensive manner.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to oversee and identify process opportunities
• Works closely with development teams to create and improve interactive applications and web pages.

Qualifications:
Required: 
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - Cyber Security Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
• Has SAFe 5.1 SAFe Agilist (SA) certification
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional planning skills and ability to work within change management parameters
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with senior customers to field and troubleshooting questions and issue
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology, processes, and techniques.

Education/Experience:
Entry
• BS/BA degree or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in UX/UI Design/Development. An associate degree plus 4 yrs work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Journeyman
• BS/BA degree or equivalent and 3-10 years of experience in UX/UI Design/Development. A Journeyman labor category typically performs all functional duties independently. Six years’ work experience or an Associate degree plus 4 yrs work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Senior
• BS/BA degree or equivalent and 10+ years of experience in UX/UI Design/Development and a master’s degree. Twelve years’ work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree plus 8 yrs work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.
SME
• BS/BA degree or equivalent and 15+ years of experience in UX/UI Design/Development and a master’s degree in addition to certifications in the applicable subject matter area. Twelve years’ work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree plus 20 yrs work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.
Desired:
• Previous DHS or DoD experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
