Our UX team is looking for a talented UX Designer to join us and help shape innovative solutions. This role is crucial in designing user-friendly experiences that enhance our AI-driven products.
Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance user experiences for AI-powered solutions, ensuring usability, accessibility, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI engineers, product managers, developers) to translate complex AI functionalities into intuitive interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve product design and interaction.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
  • Optimize user flows and interface elements to create a seamless user journey.
  • Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our design approach.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs, wireframes, prototypes, and final UX designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of interaction design principles, accessibility standards, and design systems.
  • Ability to work closely with developers and engineers to implement designs effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B1+ level or higher).

Bonus Points:

  • Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered or data-driven applications.
  • Background in psychology, cognitive science, or human-computer interaction (HCI).
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or AR/VR interfaces.
