Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design thinking framework and process.
  • Mentor and coach other designers/researchers.
  • Wear multiple hats of UI/UX and research.
  • Lead the user experience of products, familiar with multiple design frameworks such as customer journey mapping, personas, and provide evaluation criteria to discover users’ needs.
  • Collaborate & Create world-class user experiences that support and reinforce the company's vision, brand and business objectives across all platforms.
  • Take ownership of the design; be an active facilitator to collaborate and communicate the thinking with other designers, product managers, engineers, strategy, analytics and salespeople.
  • Mentor, train and coach junior designers to become a high performer in the team.
  • Build strong relationships and help your team collaborate across the organization.
  • Mentor and coach other designers/researchers.
  • Collaborate and manage other stakeholders.
  • Understand the goals of the businesses and stakeholders and align the team people to these objectives, setting clear priorities and direction.
  • Influence businesses, teams, and individuals positively. Leading by example and establishing confident relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional service. Maximizes results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and geographies.
  • Develop high-performing teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities and recognize them for the impact that they make.
