Position: UI/UX Designer
How You Will Make an Impact:
Navaide is looking for an experienced and innovative UI/UX Designer who is ready to make an impact. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll leverage your expertise to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly digital experiences for our clients. Your work will shape how users interact with our platforms, ensuring seamless usability and engagement. If you are passionate about user-centered design, research, and delivering exceptional digital experiences, this is your opportunity to join a team that values integrity, diligence, curiosity, dedication, and community.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or related fields.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create user-focused solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will:
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to push innovation forward.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
