UAT Test Lead

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced UAT Test Lead to join our team. As a UAT Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across a range of projects. You will collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and the testing team to develop comprehensive UAT plans, coordinate test activities, and report on test results.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of UAT methodologies and processes. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and have a proven track record in UAT, we would love to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a UAT Test Lead, overseeing User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Practical experience and understanding of Azure DevOps.
• Experience and understanding of Microsoft Purview or similar automation tools.
• Strong understanding of UAT methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in developing UAT test plans and managing test activities.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to coordinate and guide a team of testers.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Experience in managing and reporting on UAT progress, risks, and issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
