UAT Support Analyst

• Monitor UAT environments daily to ensure smooth operations and optimal

• performance

• Ensure daily processes execute successfully and address any failures promptly.

• Document system errors as they occur, providing a detailed record of issues for analysis and resolution

• Collaborate with the UAT Support Engineer to escalate and prioritize issues for resolution

• Implement proactive measures to prevent recurrent problems and ensure uninterrupted UAT operations

• Create and maintain UAT support documentation and knowledge base for efficient issue resolution and future reference

• Communicate with internal teams and clients to provide updates on UAT status and issue resolution progress

Qualifications

• High School Diploma but Bachelor's degree is preferred

• 1 year of IT experience

• Proven experience in UAT support, quality assurance, or related roles.

• Strong understanding of UAT processes and methodologies.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with issue tracking and knowledge management tools is a plus
