  • JOB TITLE: End of Contract Executive

  • SALARY: £29,431 rising to £30,609 as 1/04/25

  • LOCATION(S): Watford

  • HOURS: Full-time

  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, or 60% of our time, at our Watford site. During the training period, we do ask new starters to be in the office 5 days a week until they are competent and fully trained.

Working within a small dedicated team within the office you’ll will coordinate with our employee customers, and suppliers to ensure a smooth experience at the end of a customer’s agreement with Tusker, by arranging vehicle collections and working with the remarking partners.

What you’ll need

  • Self-motivated proactive, team player with eagerness to provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers

  • Experience in stock Management and liaising with remarketing partners to resolve issues

  • Coordinating vehicle collections with drivers / Fleet managers for Inspections/Appraisals ready for preparation for auction sales via phone and email   

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and administration skills with disposal process – collection of vehicle to clear down on in-house system

  • Experience of distribution of V5 documents to appropriate disposal agent prior to the sale of the vehicle

  • Calculating and preparation of excess mileage and vehicle damage invoices and invoice over to the client for payment

  • Ability to work well under time restrictions to be able to coordination with internal teams regarding renewal contracts for end user with extensions, and driver sales.

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Telephone Confidence with the ability to work well under pressure

  • Self-motivated, driven, strong attention to detail with a flexible approach

  • Have a knowledge of motor brands and interested in car industry with a comprehensive understanding of Salary Sacrifice schemes would be an advantage

  • Basic IT skills – Word and Excel
