As a CMMS Engineer, you will ensure the efficient operation of our maintenance management system by managing asset data, optimizing work order processes, and enhancing preventive maintenance schedules. You will play a crucial role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting our maintenance team through data-driven insights and system enhancements.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and Maintain CMMS Software: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the CMMS to support maintenance operations
• Work Order Management: Create, schedule, assign, and track work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs
• Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and optimize preventive maintenance schedules to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Asset Management: Maintain an accurate database of assets, including maintenance histories and technical specifications within the CMMS
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze maintenance data to generate reports on KPIs such as downtime, maintenance costs, and asset performance
• Inventory Control: Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability for maintenance activities
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to maintenance team members on effective use of the CMMS
• System Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve issues within the CMMS and suggest improvements for better efficiency

About you

Experience:

• Experience in a multi-national manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with SAP Maintenance modul (CMMS is an asset)

Soft and Technical skills:

• Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Lean/SMS tools & culture knowledge
• GMP and health-related regulations knowledge
• Knowledge of technical systems, equipments and maintenance
• Other IT skills: MS Office

Education:

• Technical engineer degree (BSc, MSc)

Language:

• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and verbal
