Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Perform TRS Field Services as per the requirements. 
  • Overall responsible for crews and jobs . Acting as a point of contact with company representative. 
  • Overall responsibility for safe working practices of site and full knowledge of the Company HSE and procedures. 
  • Completion of all necessary job and equipment paperwork in line with company procedures. 
  • Training of junior Technicians and assessment of their progress. 
  • Monitoring of performance of Technicians . Ability to undertake KSA . 
  • To safely and satisfactorily perform any given casing/tubing tong assignment. 
  • As per need, review the operation and routine maintenance requirements of all tubular handling and cleaning equipment. 
  • To know routine and specific maintenance procedures related to power tongs and units. 
  • Preparation of accurate delivery tickets, job reports, time sheets and other similar administrative forms. 
  • Review and dispatch equipment according to checklist procedures. 
  • Independently operate and trouble shoot all tubular handling and cleaning equipment. 
  • Assist maintenance supervisor with special maintenance assignments and perform pipe yard duties as necessary. 
  • Thorough testing of equipment before it is released for operational work. Ensure that any outgoing/incoming equipment are checked and tested according to the applicable procedures & work instructions. The supervisor must be informed if non-conformance is determined. 
  • Any other assignment as given by Supervisor/Department Head. 


Additional Function:

Employee should be capable of Documentation, Client Communication, Full Knowledge of TRS Equipment, operating and maintenance, Should know Tong, CAM, and Stabbing, preferably CRT Experience.

Qualifications

  • I have extensive operational and maintenance knowledge of company equipment, including but not limited to hydro tests, compression, and pipe cleaning machines.
