Job Summary

The scope of this position is to support the Trends & Foresights team in their daily tasks and projects in order to successfully respond to customer briefs and business requests

Primary mission: Work closely with the Trends & Foresights Director and Manager to support the development and deployment of key trend intelligence content and tools

Trend intelligence 

  • Scan, analyse and keep internal communication channels updated with trend signals, reports and events 
  • Support the development of the trend-related content and material  
  • Ensure a smooth administrative process with trend bureau and suppliers
  • Maintain an efficient administrative workflow with the trend agencies and external partners, ensuring regular updates

Tool development 

  • Support the identification and development of the marketing and creative trends briefs  
  • Support the development of trend presentations and reports (selection of trend signals + research for validation and background information + formatting digital material)
  • Support internal and external creative partnerships and collaboration projects 

Team Logistics

Support the team in their daily activities (incl. labelling, library, shipment, sampling,)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration
  • Commercial acumen
  • Eye for details
  • Multitasking is not a problem, you can handle different requests at the same time
  • Flexibility, No 9 to 5 mentality
  • Business English communication skills: Fluent communication in English is required
  • Ability to evolve in complex and moving environment
