Responsible for proper treatment of utility poles and other products. Ensures proper treating formulas are utilized on treating products in a manner that meets company, government, and safety regulations.
- Calculate and prepare proper treating formulations
- Conduct required quality control testing of treated products.
- Maintain production records and provide monthly reports
- Observe and enforce all safety regulations and requirements required by the company and government agencies
- Cleans and maintain equipment, and work areas to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions
- Other work-related duties as required
Candidate Qualifications/ Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Safety, health, and environmental awareness
- Strong organizational and communications skills
- Intermediate computer skills required; experience with Microsoft Office Products preferred
- Willing to be hands on with physical production
- Must be able to work in all outside weather conditions (wet, hot, cold)
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
