Job Purpose and Impact
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Leader (IAM leader) who combines technical expertise with strong business acumen and a user-centric design approach. You are responsible for the planning, building, delivery and support of the IAM program, ensuring that they not only safeguard our organization but also enhance the user experience and support our strategic business objectives. As the IAM leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align IAM solutions with business goals and control objectives while prioritizing a seamless, user-friendly experience. You will empower culture of innovation and operation excellence focusing on continuous improvements.
Key Accountabilities

  • Champion a user-centric approach to IAM, creating access solutions that are intuitive, streamlined, and enhance productivity without compromising security.
  • Envisions business outcomes to create initiatives to align IAM processes across the organization and simplify access patterns for consumption, including B2 & B2B access
  • Facilitates the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services to provide a strong IAM program that balances access with compliance and confidentiality and business requirements
  • Identifies and evaluates complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
  • Cultivate a customer centric and collaborative culture, set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to the next level leaders.
  • Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Five years of supervisory experience
  • Expert understanding of IAM concepts, including federation, authentication, authorization, access controls, access control attacks, identity and access provisioning lifecycle
  • Experienced in cross functional collaboration with program management and procurement to ensure financial and delivery commitments are maintained

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leveraging broad oversight of team activities to ensure compliance with risk and security or regulatory policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
  • Competent in leading and managing a global team independently
  • High aptitude in thinking strategically and incorporating business needs into technical roadmaps
  • Proficient in translating security-related matters into business terms that are clear and understandable to executives
  • Capacity to think outside the box when designing systems and solutions
  • Proven experience providing direction, delegating and removing obstacles for team
  • Develop and deliver multimode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences


This role is Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia.
