Treasury Officer

Overview: We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Treasury officer, you will be responsible for managing the organization’s cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks. Your primary objective will be to oversee bank accounts, investments, and payment processes, ensuring the organisation has sufficient funds to operate while optimizing returns and mitigating financial risks. You will work with stakeholders to implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all aspects of account opening & closing, authorized signatories updated, and ensure electronic banking is operated in a secured manner.
• Prepare and review any related documentations in relation to the bank accounts management.
• Liaise with company secretarial & tax department to prepare corporate documents to meet bank administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with banks and colleagues to ensure all required regulatory, banking and financing compliance are met, including the Know Your Clients exercises.
• Maintain and update the master database for all bank accounts under the group.
• Assist in arranging banking facilities compliance to support financing operations.
• Prepare weekly and Monthly revenue and expense reports
• Maintain petty cash and general ledger
• Post payments to appropriate accounts and maintain logs of daily receipts
• Maintain petty cash logs, receipts, and balances

The ideal employee must have

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in corporate treasury/finance operations or administration/secretarial exposure or banking operation background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal financial regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Nice to Have

• Knowledge in Database management is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Self-initiative, good business senses, attentive to details and a strong team player.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of the Crypto industry
