Job Description

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Brand Partnership Manager to manage and drive brand partnerships for eLimu. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing strategic brand partnerships that align with our business goals. This role is designed for individuals with strong business development skills and a proven track record in building successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential child friendly brand partners and build strong relationships.

  • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use this information to drive strategic decisions.

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives and marketing campaigns.

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients and partners, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.

  • Manage the ongoing relationship with partners, ensuring both parties meet key performance metrics.

  • Track and report on partnership progress, success metrics, and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the EdTech or educational sector.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, business development, or sales.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.

  • Previous experience in Education is a plus.

Additional Information

Compensation Structure:

  • Commission-Based: The majority of your compensation will be based on commissions earned from successfully closing brand partnership deals. Your commission will be a percentage of the revenue generated through these partnerships, providing you with unlimited earning potential based on your performance and results

  • Monthly Stipend: In addition to commission, a fixed monthly stipend will be provided 

  • Additional Support: We will cover any necessary administrative or logistics costs related to the role (e.g., travel expenses, communication tools, etc.).
