Job Summary

The Treasury Manger role will support the Senior Manager of Treasury in managing the company’s treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and financial reporting and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily treasury operations, including monitoring cash positions and managing bank relationships.
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to ensure sufficient funds are available for operations.
• Prepare and analyze treasury reports for management review.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager to implement cash management strategies and optimize financing structures.
• Help maintain compliance with internal controls and relevant financial regulations.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements within the treasury function.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) are a plus.

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field
• Understanding of cash management, financial instruments, and risk management
• Proficient in financial analysis and modeling tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Kyriba, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data, develop insights, and recommend actionable strategies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing treasury team.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in managing cash flows and financial projections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders clearly and persuasively.

Work Environment

• Hybrid, working in a typical office environment
• Position will be located at Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection’s Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
• Ability to travel internationally is a must, requiring a valid passport and work authorization for the United States
