Your Role in Our Story:
In essence, your role involves:
- Preparing cash forecast (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Determining short term & long-term group borrowing/paydown requirements
- Leading the automation of the cash forecasting process
- Monitoring account balances and preparing fundings as needed
- Tracking and reporting bank fees and interest income
- Reconciling transactions within the TMS (FIS Integrity)
- Closing and settling internal FX deals in the TMS
- Closing and settling external FX deals in FXall
- Opening and maintaining Bank Guarantees/Parent Guarantees/LCs in the TMS
- Working cross-functionally to understand the drivers of cashflows and helping improve the forecasting process
- Tracking, reporting and investigating discrepancies between expected payments and actual payments
- Working closely with Accounting staff and group Treasury function to ensure global policy alignments
- Assisting in the documentation of Treasury policies and procedures
- Tracking KPIs and dashboards, including weekly working capital calculations
- Collaborating internally with various departments to maintain high internal and service levels
- Being the first point of contact for all internal and external teams regarding bank relationship management
- Communicating frequently and commercially with senior management regarding Treasury efficiencies
- Liaising with External Audit including annual bank loan audit for all Treasury related requests and assisting with year-end audit tasks
- Ad-hoc projects as needed by the business and the Treasury and Finance functions
Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance or Financial Management
- 4 - 6 years of experience in an operational Treasury role, emphasis on daily processes and transactions
- Experience with cash forecasting and understanding of cashflows
- Experience with tracking KPIs, and performing other analytics
- Advanced Excel skills required and having a very high attention to detail
- Experience with FIS Integrity preferred
- Experience with Power BI preferred
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Self-starter and a strong feeling of ownership
The base pay range for this position is $90,000-$125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay is just one component of the total competitive compensation package for employees.
