Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst will be part of the Treasury team and will primarily be engaged in daily tasks related to cash management to include daily cash positioning, payment processing, treasury research, problem resolution, investment monitoring/reporting, daily/monthly reporting, and other Global Treasury activities as required.  This position will participate in continuous process improvement/automation projects, ensuring the most efficient processes are followed as financial and Treasury systems evolve and will provide cross-training, mentoring, and guidance to other colleagues as needed. Normal working hours for this position are 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare daily cash position and determine cash needs/excess and analyze results of cash position to projection to raise concerns or questions and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly cash projections and provide updates and recommendations to management.
• Prepare and/or process treasury payments/transfers and understand banking instructions and payment/country requirements to enter payments into banking systems and monitor electronic payments from intake to bank reconciliation.
• Prepare bi-monthly fleet transfers and monthly reports to be distributed to IAS, Accounting, and senior management.
• Research, respond and resolve general treasury, cash management, accounting, bank, and auditor inquiries.
• Maintain cash management data and daily bank statement loads in treasury workstation and ERP system.
• Interact with international subsidiaries and treasury colleges as needed, regarding investments, cash and other treasury related issues.
• Provide backup coverage as system administrator for multiple banking systems.
• Assist with various treasury team members with projects and tasks, cross train employees related to existing job responsibilities, and perform various clerical responsibilities as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• BS/BA in Accounting/Finance/Business
• 2-5 years of experience in Banking/Treasury/Finance

• Required experience:
  • General knowledge/experience with Treasury Management Systems and banking portals
  • Experience achieving high level, sustainable performance and results, utilizing logic and insight to solve difficult problems and propose effective solutions
  • Experience responding to change, ambiguity, and successfully managing conflicting priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skillset

• Preferred experience:
  • Experience analyzing data and presenting results in a group environment
  • Experience working with domestic and international Payments
  • Experience with Kyriba Treasury Workstation preferred
  • Reside in Eastern or Central time zones in the US

• Other information (e.g., certification, etc.):
  • CTP preferred but not required

Pay Range: $52,200 – 70,000
