About the role:
This position will assist with daily tasks related to merchant services and bank account management. This would include working with merchant services processors, banks and internal colleagues, assisting with problem resolution, as needed. This position will also monitor charges to ensure they are aligned with associated pricing agreements. This position would work closely with the IAS team and the Treasury team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Setup and maintain merchant services accounts for credit card acceptance and work on related projects as well as work with cross functional teams to incorporate effective merchant services solutions.

Provide and maintain user access for bank and merchant services portals and assist with tasks related to PCI and SOX compliance and associated audits

Assist with bank account openings, closings and maintenance, including monitoring and reporting of bank ratings

Monitor and analyze merchant services and bank fees and prepare treasury invoices to be submitted for payment on a monthly basis and review with Treasury supervisor/Manager. Assist with the annual budget preparation for these associated charges.

Prepare various treasury and merchant services reports on a monthly basis as needed

Assist with preparation and processing of treasury payments and transfers as well as cross training of employees relating to existing job responsibilities.
Education:

Bachelor`s Degree in Finance or Related Field required
Experience and Requirements:
-
1- 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.

Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office 365

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Experience with Kyriba Treasury Workstation preferred

Experience in merchant services and NACHA related payment processing and relationship management of major card brands preferred
