Experienced travel specialist that can work proactively to improve the NNA Travel Program. Travel Specialist must be a good communicator with a solid understanding of travel technology, change management and customer service with respect to corporate travel.
This role will require collaboration with both Travel Arrangers and Executive Management to engage, educate and elaborate on our travel initiatives in a positive and concise manner. Analyst will work in conjunction with the Regional Travel Team to align all processes and service metrics as well as oversee travel management company (TMC).
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure efficient services: Ensure the NNA Travel Program delivers consistent and efficient services in compliance with the T&E policy.
2. Develop improvement initiatives: Identify and develop initiatives to enhance customer service and manage travel costs, working with the regional team and travel suppliers.
3. Support internal stakeholders through training: Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide training and support to travelers, ensuring they understand and adhere to the travel program and its guidelines.
4. Improve booking process efficiency: Work strategically to improve online adoption, reduce costs, and increase the efficiency of the travel booking process.
5. Manage travel behavior: Use travel data to identify trends and take actions to improve the travel program.
6. Monitor suppliers to meet SLAs and if needed, determine remediation plans.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel, hospitality, business administration or related.
Experience: Must have +2 years of experience in an administrative support role, customer service and/or travel management.
Computer skills: Proficiency in travel management software, booking platforms, and expenses management systems. Concur Travel is a plus.
Language level: Fluid English, spoken and written. Advanced - front with USA
Desirable Portuguese.
Travel: Willing to travel to provide training/support to various locations
