THE ROLE

As a Travel&Expenses Assistant you will work closely to the Senior Travel Specialist in managing all the aspects related to the Company Travel and Expenses management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Act as a central point for the government of the travel expenses policies, ensuring that all the expenses are in line with Company procedures and budget;
  • Support employee in understanding all our existing and future policies related to travels and expenses, helping them with eventually related issues;
  • Assist your colleagues with month-end close activities as it relates to expenses management and credit cards;
  • Collaborate proactively in monitoring the performance of the Travel & Expense program;
  • Manage the relationship with travel vendors, including the negotiation of contracts conditions (like, for example, services conditions of flight companies, hotellerie, ground transportation providers)
  • Be an expert of travel and expenses management Company future tools.

WHO YOU ARE

  • High school Diploma/Bachelor Degree, better in accounting/economics/tourism
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in english
  • Empathy and good relational attitude
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Willingness and ability to work in a team
