We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transition Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the transition of IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure smooth and efficient project delivery, meeting all deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of IT solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bsc/MSc in Information Technology area or similar;
• At least 5 years of experience as a Transition Manager;
• Experience in IT projects;
• Attention to detail;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Fluent in French (a plus);
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Good interpersonal skills.
