📝 Role Overview:

  • As a Monetization Transformation Manager, you will drive the transformation of our monetization departments - Search & Relevance (S&R), Pricing & Promotions (P&P) and Ads Revenue / Yield Management (YM) - focusing on projects, organizational changes, and process improvements.

  • You will work closely with the SVP of Revenue Branislav Majorský and senior management team, to ensure alignment with strategic goals and swift progress.

🚀 Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing organizational strategies, change initiatives and processes.

  • Ensure alignment between executive leadership and departmental activities.

  • Streamline operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues in coordination with department heads.

  • Develop and implement processes to monitor and evaluate performance.

  • Foster effective collaboration and coordination among different departments.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, set milestones, and oversee the successful execution of digital transformation projects.

  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

  • Coordinate project activities, manage resources, and monitor timelines.

  • Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership.

✏️ Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting or a competitive, fast paced, performance driven environment requiring you to quickly grasp new concepts (SaaS, ecommerce, own business, private equity, consulting, ...)

  • Ideally experience in managing transformation projects, organizational restructuring, and process improvements.

  • Marketplace/e-commerce experience, direct experience with monetization departments (S&R / P&P / YM) is a great advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is a must (Jira, Asana, Excel, CRM, ...)

  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem solving
