ROLE SUMMARY
The Transformation Lead will manage the business transformation strategies and initiatives working closely with the Country Manager and Vietnam Leadership Team in support of the delivery of strategic priorities, financial goals, commercial execution quality as well as culture across the Vietnam organization.
The successful candidate will anticipate, understand, and identify prioritization of opportunities and challenges across the business as well as lead companywide priority initiatives aligned to the Vietnam Aspirational Roadmap focusing and ensure they are completed in a timely and effective manner. The 2026-2028 Roadmap is the foundation for growth acceleration priorities that will lead Vietnam towards a $350M aspirational target.
Transformation Lead will be a member of the Country Extended Leadership Team.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Works closely with Country Manager to design & execute opportunities to optimize all transformational, organizational and operational initiatives including but not limited to:
- CLT Management Partnership
- Transformation Priorities Aligned to the Vietnam Aspirational Growth Plan
- Finance Management & planning
- Business Planning and Review
- Internal Communication planning and collaboration.
- Metric Development including goal calibration
- Meeting Preparation and curation of comprehensive insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimization
- Develops ideas and leads complex projects in collaboration with cross functions
- Partners with key stakeholders to develop and deliver impactful projects within budget and on time
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress; monitors and measures the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impede the success of transformation initiatives
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members involved in transformation projects
Lead the Commercial Execution Team in partnering with cross functional team to:
- Design and plan activities calendar to support business partners achieving objective in line with their functional strategic imperative.
- Effectively lead and manage execution quality of commercial activities from end to end: event planning, MAPP and GCMA approval, event concept development, budget management, event execution, monitoring and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement roadmap for related system, platform, process and stakeholders to remove potential botte-neck and burden for cross functional team while following highest compliance standard as per Pfizer policy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree such as organizational management, business administration backed with at least 12+ years business experience from both commercial and support functions.
- Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
- Demonstrated high business acumen and strategic thinking and conceptualization capabilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with demonstrated track record of high performance and producing outstanding results.
- Proven track record of having hands on experience and leading a team of event management or customer engagement.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skill to manage both local and above countries business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organization and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze, define and convey complex concepts and strategies simply in verbal and written communication to internal and external audiences.
- Project management certification a plus.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
