Summary
This individual will help support the transformation of Shared Services to a best-in-class team. The focus of this role will be on applying tools & techniques to support process improvements, reporting, & integration of tools such as MS Power Apps, Blue Prism, etc. The responsibility will be provide support and communication across all geographic regions & areas of Global Business Services. Tis position will require an strong sense of communication and strong teambuilding to execute the framework and achieve the implementation projects
Responsibilities
1. Lead the consistent deployment of tools across Shared Services teams, including: • Implementing RPA solutions (Blue Prism for large-scale, Power Automate for small-scale) to drive HyperAutomation • Enhancing ChatBot functionality • Developing linked and automated Power BI dashboards • Collaborating with RPA leadership to establish a decentralized approach to RPA analysis and development • Advocating for and implementing cutting-edge digital tools, including AI and Machine Learning"
2. Support interaction & visibility with Product Centric Product Owners to ensure alignment of priorities
3. Process Excellence on Strategic execution, including • Process Documentation Methodology – roll-out & ongoing review structure • o Real-time KPI monitoring & tracking
4. Development of standardized monthly KPI dashboards & real-time metrics to monitor performance & opportunity areas
5. Support Manager, Shared Services Transformation & Innovation with governance & foundational activities • Process Documentation Methodology – roll-out & ongoing review structure. • Real-time KPI monitoring & tracking. • Partner with upstream/downstream stakeholders to drive hyperautomation / reporting / dashboard opportunities.
6. Development of standardized monthly KPI dashboards & real-time metrics to monitor for performance & opportunity areas.
7. Assess the correct tracking of all Citizen Development (Low Coding/No coding) initiatives for GBS • Confirm documentation is accurate and at a level required to get insights about. • *Automation purpose. • *Potential Benefit. • *Value Realization. • *Target Operating Model Change. • *Risk management Controls Validations. • *Establish brainstorming Sessions to continuous improvement (Brainstorming-brainwhite6-3-5).
8. Analyze, Assess, Execute and Applied properly Mining methodology. • Provide valuable business data to identify opportunity areas. • Collaborate with teams to address the solution searching improvements with value realization driven conversations. • Accurate Process Documentation and tracking of Mining Initiatives to cover the expected outcomes for business users and metrics to be targeted
9. Demonstrate strong communication skills and teambuilding with colleagues and pears.
