Summary:

Join Blue Yonder's Transformation Advisory team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in assisting with transformation advisory engagements and building infrastructure. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with industry experts, contributing to meaningful projects that drive business improvements and strategic transformations. What you will Learn:

  • Business Process Diagnostics

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive organizational success.

    • Learn how to conduct discovery sessions to build hypotheses on business process issues and identify root causes.

    • Enhance your data analysis skills to validate or refute hypotheses, using data to support decision-making processes.

    • Understand how to assess the maturity of business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.

  • Benchmarking: Conduct peer analysis to develop potential targets for KPI improvement, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices.

  • Envisioning

    • Recommend process, governance and technology changes to improve process maturity

    • Gain knowledge of best practices in process and governance to ensure sustainable improvements.

    • Identify and recommend enablers that facilitate process improvements and drive operational excellence.

  • Value Analysis: Develop skills in quantifying the financial value gained from recommended improvements and building ROI models to support business cases.

  • Quantify financial value gained from recommended improvements

  • Build Return on Investment (ROI) models for recommendations

What you will do:

  • Assist in conducting various client evaluations and assessments, including Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), System Integration Assessments (SIA), Value Assessments (VA), Maturity Benchmark Assessments (MBA), and Customer Journeys (CJ)

  • Update and maintain the content repository for the Transformation Advisory team, ensuring all materials are current and relevant.

  • Assist in updating messaging on internal and external websites, ensuring clear and consistent communication of the Transformation Advisory team's value proposition and services.

What we are looking for:

  • Currently a Junior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, & presentation skills

  • Domain expertise and financial acumen

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Anglian Water's @one Alliance is a partnership consisting of 8 companies, who each provide specialised knowledge allowing the @one Alliance to deliver complex delivery projects in the most efficient way, reducing the cost to Anglian Water’s customers.
