We seek a person specialised in Transfer Pricing, who manages Vontobel’s global transfer pricing documentation and supports the transfer pricing strategy, tax audits and implementation of the transfer pricing policy.
What would your role be?

Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations in all jurisdictions where Vontobel operates.

Develop and prepare global transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files).

Support the preparation of local transfer pricing tax compliance and support preparation of CbCR and pCBCR.

Evaluate transfer pricing implications of new business initiatives and provide respective guidance to internal stakeholders.

Support of the implementation of the transfer pricing strategy and policy.

Support transfer pricing audits with tax authorities; and

Stay updated on changes in transfer pricing regulations and assess their impact on the company's operations.
What are we looking for?

University degree in law or business administration or solid professional education with additional education. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to understand complex matters and translate abstract regulatory changes into recommendations for action.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of transfer pricing experience and a professional background in the financial services sector either with a bank or asset manager or as a consultant in the relevant industry.

Team player skills. We expect excellent social competencies combined with result effectiveness. We expect patience combined with personal authority and assertiveness.

The challenging work requires a self-reliant and reliable personality. Readiness of mind, strong analytical skills and a methodical way of work are a prerequisite. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and handle complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.

IT affinity. We require profound user knowledge in MS Office. Experience in working with large databases is an asset.

Excellent command of German and English.
