The Role & What You Will Be Doing The Learning & Development/Training Placement Student will be trained to assist in designing and delivering training programs, supporting the creation of training materials, and coordinating logistics for sessions. They will also learn how to analyze employee training data, contribute to various L&D projects.

Assist in the design and delivery of training programs for employees.
•
Support the development of training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
•
Coordinate and organize logistics for training sessions (e.g., booking rooms, managing
•
attendance, and preparing materials).
•
Assist in the development of a more centralized department for the site.
•
Assist in analysing employee training data and preparing reports.
•
Collaborate with team members on various Learning & Development (L&D) projects.
•
Provide administrative support where necessary.
•
Apply best practices and new trends in Learning & Development within the role.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
•
Currently enrolled in a degree program (preferably Human Resources, Organizational
•
Development, Psychology, or a related field).
•
Interest in Learning & Development or Human Resources in the pharmaceutical industry.
•
Strong organizational and time management skills.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•
Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
•
Experience in Technical Writing and design management.
•
Previous experience in an administrative or support role (preferred but not required)
