Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Align local training agenda with Business and region to ensure alignment with the central ethos.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of training agenda, competencies, methods, and models to equip self and execute through an onboarding and remote agenda.
  • Continuous review of developed training and capability programs, giving feedback and adapting to meet Germany needs.
  • Co-ordinate and implement Europe’s (where appropriate) capability agenda to develop Germanys Field Force requirements.
  • Ensure that the regional agenda is implemented in line with the core priorities and objectives to ensure consistency across Europe.
  • Deliver, review & measure regional training content e.g. Engage to Grow & FLM program.
  • Identifying training requirements of customer facing roles within Germany.
  • Co-create, implement, and support assigned regional programs.
  • Coordinate, localize, and support medical and marketing ‘central’ training agenda.
  • Support delivery of training workshops in Germany on specified topics as requested.
  • Strong collaboration and partnerships within the local organization and Region Europe.
  • Implement digital tools as set by region and global that complement a blended agenda.
  • Attend all regional training forums, events, syndicates, and community meetings when requested.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree Biomedical sciences or Business Administration
  • German & English written is essential.
  • 3 years Sales in FMCG or pharmaceutical space is essential.
  • 2 years Experience in field training, central training or remote training is desired.
  • Strong experience in dealing with senior sales and marketing leaders.
  • Experience in dealing with regional and global stakeholders preferable.
