Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Training Manager to join our growing UK and international training team. This exciting role is ideal for someone with a passion for developing talent and a proven track record in training new recruits within the Estate Agency sector. You’ll play a key role in equipping our agents with the skills and knowledge to excel, while also contributing to the development of our training curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions for a combination of both new and existing agents online and live at our headquarters and various locations across the UK.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the team to evaluate and enhance existing training content, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the industry.
- Event Participation: Represent iad UK at key events throughout the year, both nationally and internationally, showcasing our commitment to excellence in training and development.
- Nationwide Travel: Conduct training sessions across the country, requiring overnight stays as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the international training team to align on global standards while tailoring content to the UK market.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in training new recruits in the Estate Agency sector.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with estate agency practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to travel for training delivery and events.
Additional Information
Work Environment
This is a full-time role mainly based in our headquarters in Little Hadham, working from home if suitable for upto 2 days per week. Plus regular travel across the UK and occasional international business trips. Flexibility is essential to accommodate training schedules and events.
