Topcon Healthcare is looking to offer an internship program from June 2, 2025, until August 14, 2025. This is a paid program located in the Oakland NJ office. The hours for this program are Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm. Come join the Topcon Healthcare team to help build real-world skills and knowledge to influence your education and career path.  

The Training Intern will work within the Global Training department and support the development of training materials for online and live courses. They will help update training content to align with current best practices. The Training Intern will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and globally across Topcon Healthcare, learning a wide range of course-building tools.
 

Core Intern Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, recording, editing, and captioning training content, primarily using Articulate Storyline360, Rise360, PowerPoint, and Camtasia.

• Update older course content to ensure consistency with the standards and guidelines of our newly released courses and current best practices.

• Standardize pre-training and post-training activities by creating templates for surveys, communications, and interactive training assessments.

• Aid LMS Administrator in testing new features and miscellaneous tasks.

• Communications

• Business

• Education/Educational Technology
   

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience in rapidly becoming proficient in new software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team/cross-functionally

• Video editing a plus
   

Base Pay:

Expected Base Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly based on degree level.

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed.  Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
