About the role

Nous cherchons quatre (4) conseiller(ère)s pour l’équipe de Formation et développement de l’Indemnisation du Québec pour des mandats temporaires entre 6 et 12 mois.

Sous la responsabilité de la directrice, Formation et expérience client , la personne choisie aura un rôle pivot à jouer afin de s’assurer, en étroite collaboration avec nos partenaires des opérations, de la planification optimale des besoins de l’Indemnisation au Québec en matière de formation d’embauche et de formation continue, en fonction de l’expertise et de la disponibilité des ressources de l’équipe Formation et expérience client. Elle recueillera et analysera les besoins de nos partenaires des opérations et recommandera une offre de formation optimale. Cette personne sera également au cœur de la mesure des activités de formation, ainsi que du suivi des indicateurs de performance de l’équipe.

Diffusion

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos partenaires des opérations afin d’identifier leurs besoins de formation d’embauche et de formation continue
  • S’assurer de la planification optimale des formations en fonction des besoins et ressources
  • Recommander rapidement des solutions pour la résolution des problèmes
  • Maintenir à jour les outils de suivi opérationnel de l’équipe (agenda, application d’inscription, tutoriels, etc.)

Mesure

  • Recueillir les besoins ponctuels et produire les rapports
  • Bâtir et maintenir le tableau de bord des indicateurs de performance
  • Recommander des pistes d’amélioration continue des outils, processus et meilleures pratiques afin de soutenir la mission de l’équipe et l’atteinte des objectifs de l'organisation
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes

Profil recherché:

  • DEC ou Baccalauréat en administration ou dans une discipline appropriée, un atout
  • Permis d'expert en sinistre
  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience à l’Indemnisation ou dans un poste similaire
  • Habiletés reconnues en coordination de projets
  • Maîtrise des suites Office360, Word, Excel, Sharepoint
  • Expérience de travail avec un système de gestion de l’apprentissage (LMS), un atout
