The Opportunity:

The Sales Training and Enablement Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales team. This role involves creating educational content, delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure our sales representatives are equipped to meet and exceed their targets.  

**This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham, MA office**

The Skills you will bring:

  • 2-4 years in training/learning administration or coordination, or other relevant experience (including BDR/ direct sales experience)

  • Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs

  • A deep understanding of adult learning theory and different learning styles to adapt training delivery

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities

  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with global and cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Achievements:  

  • Successfully developed and implemented onboarding and ongoing training programs for both new and tenured sales teams

  • Created and maintained a comprehensive repository of educational materials, including presentations, sales playbooks, and eLearnings

  • Led or contributed to the logistics and coordination of large-scale training events, ensuring smooth execution

  • Collaborated closely with sales leadership to assess and improve training effectiveness based on feedback and performance metrics

  • Supported the integration of sales enablement tools to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency

  • Contributed to the continuous improvement of training programs by staying updated on industry trends and sales training innovations
