Description of the assignment
With in the TALG (Integrators) and TMHG (forklift trucks) groups in TICO, come to a joint (Market) Positioning of the groups and its 10 group companies. Based on Market and Customer research (Outside-In) and internal analysis of Marketing, Management, Service, Sales people (via workshops and interviews) . Translate this Positioning in a good story line for front end/customer activities. Materialize this positioning in a good hands on front line tools (ppt, video, storyline etc.). This is a global project, so take into account all continents on the globe.

Tasks/responsibilities
- Team member in all the work, working together with inside experts in the different groups of TICO and with external consultant. In that taking the project management role as well as content support (of as much as possible steps of the process

- Mandatory enrollment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands
- Willing to be structured, supportive, understanding of the issues
- Willing to supporting the content development by structuring, strategizing the work and the content
