Trainee Solicitor – In-House Training Contract Opportunity

 What you’ll be doing:

  • Conducting legal research and providing advice
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, customer contracts, and supplier agreements
  • Assisting with tenders
  • Maintaining contract databases for customers and suppliers
  • Assisting in the development of legal templates, policies, and training materials
  • Supporting litigation work
  • Help ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

Here are the essential skills and experience you’ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Graduate having completed LPC or SQE.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Previous legal experience (desirable but not essential)
