We are looking for a Trainee, Communications to join our team in Espoo. We offer you an opportunity to gain insight on how we drive sustainability in an international business environment and how communication supports the achievement of our business targets. You will be working in an international environment and collaborating with colleagues from various parts of the world. You will also be experiencing the role that communications plays in managing an international business first-hand.

You will participate in the following tasks: 

• Design and produce communications materials supporting business strategy – both internally and externally, but in this role the focus is more on external communications

• Developing content and functionalities of different communications channels. Interest in online communication and website development is a plus

• Support the implementation of global communications projects with an international team 

• Possibility to carry out a development project of your own in one of the above areas 

To succeed you will need: 

• 2-5 years of relevant study background (e.g. marketing, communications, business, economics, political science, sustainability) 

• Interest in communications, content creation, writing and willingness to unleash your creativity 

• Previous experience from communications, graphic design or image editing is an asset 

• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset 

• Curiosity and strong desire to learn about communications in multi-cultural and diverse environment 

• Proactive way of working, desire for personal development and learning new things 

• Ability to work as part of a team, while also comfortable with independent work and taking ownership 

• Strong written and spoken Finnish and English skills

About the role:

• The employment is fixed-term, and it will last until the end of August 2025

• We hope that you can start as soon as possible, working approximately 2 days per week

• During the Summer Season from April/May 2025 to the end of August 2025, the role is full-time

• The role is based in our HQ, Espoo, Finland
