The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description
This role will support our Spanish team within the UPI Sales department ensuring a proper execution of Sales Operations and Trade initiatives working closely with the Marketing, Technical and Finance Departments.
Key Responsibilities
• To support in the maintenance of the relationships with Exhibitors
• To support in the execution of the Trade Initiatives
• To support in the Trade's administrative tasks
• Supporting the Trade Manager & Sales Analyst.
• Tracking Trade campaigns
• Controlling and following-up shipments of trade materials to exhibitors
• Assisting in analytical tasks
• Assisting in the coordination of special promotions with exhibitors
• Administrative tasks:
• Billings, purchasing orders, SAP
Qualifications
• Proactive, communicative and a strong team player
• Creative and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
• Open minded and willingness to work in a diverse environment
• willing to take on challenges
• Fluent in English
• A good understanding of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• University Diploma or Certificate will be requested.
• Studies must have been completed less than 3 years ago
