Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking Graduate/ Master's student who is interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position will be part of the Activation & Trade Services team in Milan, reporting to the In Store Excellence Manager.

As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. The delivery of analysis and reports will be your primary responsibility.
You will be joining a successful and passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will constantly look for improvement activities within Italy.
In brief, your responsibilities will be:

• Actively supporting the implementation of in-store activation plans

• Sales and market trends analysis (sell in and sell out analysis );

• Playing and active role in coordinating promotional activities in stores involving Sales Field Force

• Crafting communication and POP materials for our Sales channels

• Providing ideas and following projects for activities and process improvement

Hard Skills

• Master's Degree (achieved or close to be achieved)

• Proficient in English and Italian

• Good command of MS office, especially Excel.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional Attributes
Strong Affinity with Sales and/or data analytics looking to be trained in real business life conditions.
Communication Skills: You'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
Confident: You're a go getter, you're not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance.
