All about the role:
The Marketing Trade Coordinator will plan and execute strategies and activities that lead to the growth of sell-out in clients, identifying execution opportunities of the 4P’s at our points of sale through the management and monitoring of the promoter team.
What you’ll do:

Analyze client sell-out to generate support activities that accelerate rotation at the point of sale.

Provide inventory inputs and execution opportunities to the commercial team to achieve the necessary merchandise replenishment.

Plan, communicate, and settle incentives for the promotion team and floor sellers to increase sell-out.

Consolidate sales and inventory information to create weekly highlights to be shared with the commercial triangle.

Develop and approve the monthly calendar for promoters with dates of activities to be carried out with the assigned budget.

Assign the sell-out quota by model and category for each account where the promotion resource is assigned.

Coordinate and lead the promoter group to ensure compliance with the established sell-out goal, performing weekly sales measurement.

Monitor price information weekly for all Pareto stores, verify price changes, discontinued/new models, and clearance items through the Chequea app.

Settle the payment of incentive campaigns for sellers.

Control and ensure proper product displays with the promotion team.

Devise plans to obtain new displays at points of sale.

Periodically evaluate the team’s performance, providing feedback on actions taken and leadership.

Control and manage the promotion team’s mobile tool: Chequea.

Manage suppliers for the execution of Pop, Shop Display, Merchandising.

Manage, monitor, and control the country’s trade budget.

Comply with the policies, procedures, and other control forms established by the company for Occupational Health and Safety programs.

Be responsible for using access keys to the company’s various information systems.

Comply with policies, standards, and procedures for the continuous improvement of the company.

Comply with procedures, programs, and other control forms established by the company to mitigate environmental aspects.

Comply with all corporate policies and guidelines of the company.
Qualifications:
-
Associate Degree in Business or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience.

Demonstrated cross functional communication skills.
-
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Focused attention to detail.
