Specialized tracking of the Internal Fleet, including position advice and ETA’s of transport arrivals during the performance of route. Attention dedicated to drivers.
Compliance with the Logistics program and attention to process deviations. Supervision of Logistics circuits attention to customers and dealers. (Transport status and positions).
Coordination of integral maintenance services and all essential services so that transportation functions correct and optimal.
B. Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking.
- Attention to drivers.
- Generation of status for service areas customer and supplier.
- Supervision of compliance with integral maintenance programs.
- Supervisor role, 5’S and equipment confirmation.
- Reporting incidents, anomalies, and deviations to the process (collisions, incidents with drivers and customer complaints).
- Implementation and usage of Fleet Management System
- Routes Supervision
- Creation of travel consignment notes
- Fuel / Urea assignation.
