Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to ensure the seamless operation of airport refund processes, upholding our company’s values and commitment to excellence. In this role, you will provide specialized support for both refund and validation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist and support customers and airport authorities as needed, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with airport stakeholders, including refund agents and customs officials.

Provide exceptional VIP service to our valued VIP customers.
