SUMMARY
The Manager, File QA II, oversees a team responsible for auditing a file with incomplete/incorrect documentation. Also oversees dedicated lender and DMV support agents. This role is onsite at our DTC location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving positive results in the following key areas:
- Oversee File QA II Agents responsible for resolving a high complexity workload, where missing/incorrect documentation is common and involves a direct contact to consumers.
- Assist in finding alternate routes, creative and effective solutions.
- Ensure the team is adhering to performance requirements and meets standard expectations.
- Conduct 1on1s, performance reviews, PIPs as needed, and document the progress at all times.
- Effectively handle escalated cases and provide timely and accurate solutions.
- Monitor team’s operational readiness, work with Trainings department and Internal Quality Control manager to determine needed support.
- Act as a resource for all departments as it pertains to titles procedures.
- Keep up to date on all state, county and jurisdictional statues and changes as it pertains to titles transactions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s diploma or a relevant experience is required.
- Minimum (2) years motor vehicle titling experience. All 50-state knowledge is a must.
- Proven record of successful leadership experience in a fast-paced business environment.
- Proven record of successful people management experience. Must have experience with direct reports and their development.
- Proven record of ability to solve high complexity problems and find efficient solutions
- Experience developing training materials, standard operating procedures, personal improvement plans.
- Ability to interpret DMV statues, policies and procedures that pertain to the titling of motor vehicles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills, ability to make educated decisions when information is incomplete, ambiguous or inconsistent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common office equipment
- High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required. Ability to exercise discretion and judgment.
COMPENSATION
This position pays $72,000 annually
