Old Republic Title is a leader of title and escrow services, dedicated to facilitating real estate transactions with the highest level of customer service.  We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Hawaii. As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the Honolulu area of Oahu. *The position is full-time and is based in our Downtown Honolulu, Hawaii office. In-office attendance will be required.

*Daily work and travel on Oahu are required and no relocations will be considered.

This position calls for developing and implementing strategies to procure new business, service and support the maintenance of existing business, grow market share as well as to establish and maintain customer relationships within a branch and/or an assigned territory. You’ll be trained on the company’s marketing tools and resources and will then share their value and effectiveness with clients and potential customers within our direct market.  You get to meet with customers and potential customers both in-person & virtually to promote the Company, grow market share and increase revenue.   Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and guidelines and within all State and Federal regulations.

A minimum of 2-5 years sales experience is required. Real Estate experience is a plus. 

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.

            
Pay Range for the position is: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 plus commissions.  

Old Republic complies with all federal, state and local laws including minimum wage requirements. In the event a minimum hourly rate stated is lower than the minimum wage required by law, Old Republic will always pay an amount equal to or greater than the minimum wage required by law.

Position's Pay Range:

$50,000.00 to $60,00.00This position may be eligible to earn commissions based on applicable incentive compensation or commission plan(s). Specifics pertaining to the calculation and payment of those commissions will be reflected in individual commission or incentive plan documents.
