What the job is:
CPI is looking for someone who is positive, outgoing, upbeat and a natural people person. The ideal candidate will be quick to connect with others and able to establish and maintain working relationships with while building rapport and cliental. Tire Sales Representative’s make sales calls, quote prices and prepare sales orders. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. Tire Sales Representative’s will also complete on the farm tire inspections, schedule appointments with customers and prospective customers to increase efficiency and communicate with both the Operations Manager and Tire Truck Coordinator about delivery schedules and pricing to coordinate the entire sales process.
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of sales experience in the tire or transportation industry or five or more years of related experience and/or training is required.
