Conagra is looking for a Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) Analyst to join the Information Security and Risk Management team. 

Reporting the Manager of Cybersecurity Operations, as a Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) Analyst on the Cybersecurity Operations team, you will execute Conagra’s Vulnerability Management program to protect enterprise technology, data, and business goals. This role is ideal for someone with existing cybersecurity operations and Information Technology maintenance experience. Perfect for someone with excellent soft skills, eager to learn, great at finding patterns across mountains of data, and brings fresh perspective and diverse ideas. You will help build pro-active cyber defenses to improve the overall protection environment at Conagra. 

You will (Responsibilities):

  • Manage comprehensive vulnerability assessments process and monitoring across the organization.

  • Execute the entire lifecycle of vulnerabilities from discovery, analysis, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with various business units to perform impact assessments on affected systems or applications.

  • Triage Patch Tuesday releases for impact and make risk-based recommendations on required remediations.

  • Examine systems and applications against Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) to assess the current security posture.

  • Manage vulnerability remediation tickets with stakeholders to ensure issues are addressed within timelines.

  • Compile and track vulnerabilities and mitigation results with stakeholders to quantify program effectiveness.

  • Track overall trends and recommend system configurations to improve attack surface management.

  • Cleary communicate priorities and escalation points/procedures to internal and external stakeholders

  • Enforce/update policies, standards, and procedures intended to ensure the protection of enterprise systems

  • Analyze vulnerability scan reports to evaluate and prioritize vulnerabilities against affected assets

  • Use tools and techniques to assess effectiveness of security measures and identify potential exposures

  • Promote other programs such as bug bounty, attack surface management, CTI, and patch compliance program

You Have (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree required with preference in computer science, MIS, or security concentration

  • Experience in any of the following: vulnerability management, cybersecurity operations, end-point management, endpoint protection, system administration.

  • 4+ years' experience in cybersecurity and/or information technology functions

  • Excellent soft skills with ability to communicate effectively to work with various functional stakeholders

  • Critical-thinking and analytical skills

  • Certifications such as Security+, Network+, CySA+, CEH are desirable but not required

  • Service Now, Jira experience a plus

  • Familiarity with common security framework (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls)

  • Familiarity with Attack Surface Management

  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools such as Rapid7, Nessus, Qualys, ServiceNow VR

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$71,300-$104,600

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
