Summary:
In this role, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact content that positions Vizient as an industry leader.  You will collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to develop articles, reports, and blogs for industry publications and Vizient’s platforms.  You will gather, manage, and synthesize data and information requested by business units and the Thought Leadership team, transforming complex insights into compelling written content. 

Responsibilities:  

• Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to develop and create compelling short- and long-form articles, reports, and blog posts for industry publications and Vizient’s platforms.
• Develop and execute a thought leadership content strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
• Conduct interviews with internal and external experts to gather insights and transform them into high-quality written content.
• Collect, organize, and manage data and information requested by business units and Thought Leadership team members.
• Distill and synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and engaging written formats tailored for different audiences.
• Ensure all content maintains a high level of editorial quality, accuracy, and alignment with Vizient’s brand voice and messaging.
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and emerging topics to proactively identify new thought leadership opportunities.
• Partner with marketing, communications, and other teams to amplify thought leadership content and maximize its impact.
• Oversee the distribution and promotion of content across appropriate industry publications and Vizient’s channels.
• Monitor engagement and impact metrics of published content, using data to refine and optimize thought leadership strategies.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare financing and partnership structures is a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and editorial skills.
• Ability to translate industry trends and expert insights into thought-provoking narratives.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
